Schools with note services

Which schools provide free note taking services? I've never used a notetaking service, so I'm also interested to hear your thoughts on whether or not they're worthwhile/valuable.

In particular, I'm wondering if Stanford, UCSF, Yale, and Case Western offer this service.

UCSF first years are currently putting together really neat stuff for us on the web: that includes old tests, practice exercises, so on. And all of the lectures are already printed in the very fat syllabus so you don't need to take notes.
