I see some schools still take applications up til February 1. Would applying now be too late, or would there be an outside chance of getting an interview?

Unless you have 3.8 GPA and 24+ across the board on your DAT, I'd say it's far too late. Many schools have already selected half of their class

Probably better to maximize your chances by applying next cycle.
