Good consideration.

I've heard Mayo doesn't have one.

What schools have short secondary applications?

Here's a list of schools that don't have required secondaries...

EDIT: not all of these are right. I just compared a couple to their MSAR entries....

The University of Texas schools! I'm OOS, and had a pleasant surprise by sending in my TMDSAS primary. I got interviews at almost every school and a few offers too! Most of them don't even have secondaries, but many med students don't apply because they don't want to fill out another primary app. Also, I think only 10% of their class is OOS, but once you've filled out your AMCAS primary, you might as well give yourself a chance at about 6 or so other schools without too much extra labor.

so if they don't have essays, what kinds of thigns do they ask for in the secondary?
