Can a class in the social sciences, ie psychology or sociology departments, that were very science based (about drugs in the brain) be marked as a biology class to count for the BCPM gpa?

I do not think that you can do this. If it is listed as sociology or psychology on your transcript then it is highly unlikely that AMCAS will accept it as part of your BCPM. I mean you can always try to list it as a bio course. Worst thing that will happen is that AMCAS changes it.

Sure. Whether or not it actually counts as a bio class is up to whoever audits your AMCAS application. You can also try checking with them directly via e-mail or telephone.
