Not sure if anyone will be able to help but..
I desperately need about 3-4 more science courses to do during the May-June Summer 2006 semester (so i can submit aadsas around June 25th). I'm taking 4 introductory exercise science courses now and acing them..with 3 more my GPA's will be rock solid. But I could only find 2 sciences courses and 1 maybe in my school's schedule offering..

First one is called Fundamental Nutrition..a bit of a problem since I already took the advanced nutrition course 2 semesters ago (im a bio major)..Second one is an Intro to Computers course. 3rd maybe is a weird one..its a sociology course called SOCI 212 Statistics I

Questions..would the SOCI 212 stats course count as science seeing as how it is a stats course..or would it count as non-science because its under sociology?
Also..would adcoms be sketched out if I took the easy nutrition and intro to computer science courses?
I imagine maybe they would..but im so desperate to raise my science GPA that I almost have no choice..
Thanks

I dont know about the stats course, but no one asked me about my introduction to biology (for non majors) and intro sociology courses I took my senior year. 🙂

exercise science courses definitely count

nice, if those classes count then my science GPA should go through the roof! so, how does aadsas know which classes are which? How many different GPAs are calculated?
does gross anatomy, physiology courses, abnormal psychology count? upper level nutrition?
which gpa are math, english, physics classes included?

all those..except english count in the science gpa. usually you can use common sense to judge if a certain course will fall under science gpa or not.
they calculate overall,science,bcp (bio,chem,physics) and non-science gpa.

ok....so, they calculate four different gpas!? there are two different science gpas? which are the most important? bio, chem, physics are in their own--they arent calculated in science gpa? oh man!

AADSAS calculates the following GPAs:

Biology
Chemistry
Physics
BCP
Sciences
Non-Sciences
Cumulative
