Would research that is listed as a Chemistry course on my transcript be calulated into my Science and BCP GPA's? The course title is Undergrad Research. Also have a Biology course and the course title is Wksp Lead in Bil 1.

Yes, research will be included. If the prefix is Biology, list it as Biology, if verification deems it different they will change it for you.
