MSCI M465 Medicine and Well Being (3 cr.)
Taught by a physician, students will investigate the social determinants of health by studying the pathophysiology of selected diseases and by participating in service-learning in community agencies in order to promote well-being at the individual and community level.

would this course count as a biology course or a psych/soc course?
does the prefix medical sciences count as a bcpm course?

No, it sounds more soc.

I think you could get away with it.

"studying the pathophysiology of selected diseases" sounds very science-y to me.

would economic statistics count? I would argue yes because it is math focused but I dont know how AMCAS classifies it

If it's a statistics based class, but just listed in the econ department, I don't see why it wouldn't count.
