Science GPA Question

I am under the impression that BCP GPA and sGPA are two separate calculations.

sGPA includes "Other Sciences" and Math, where BCP does not.

Is this true?

Are the following classes both considered Other Sciences:
1) Intro Psychology
2) Intro Nutrition

yes, BCP GPA and sGPA are two separate calculations.

intro psychology should be non-science, if i remember correctly from the AADSAS website that explained how to classify your classes. intro nutrition is either science or other science; at my undergrad, nutrition was offered by the nutritional sciences dept under life sciences and would be counted as biology.

So, intro psych is definitely a non-science.

I hear that upper level psych can be considered either way.

Does anyone know if Biopsychology (upper level psych) is an Other Science?

ok, let me clarify about the intro psych thing. where i went to undergrad in canada, intro psych was considered a science class by my school. however, i know that at most other schools, intro psych was considered non-science. so there appears to be no set rule regarding this although AADSAS seems to view psych as non-science (unless it is cross-linked with more biology-related stuff like neurology and neurons or what not).
