My science gpa is currently a 3.6945; however, if i wait to complete some summer courses and submit july 30, my science gpa would be a 3.72. Should I wait to submit until july 30 for the gpa boost or would that be too late?

July 30th isn’t that late but a .03 sGPA difference is negligible.

If you submit July 30 (assuming your summer grades are posted promptly and transcripts sent out to the med school application service quickly), it will take at least a month for your transcripts to be verified once you enter the queue. So roughly Sept 1. How long will it take you to complete and return all the Secondary applications you receive? Here on SDN, we consider Labor Day to be the cut point between "on-time" applications and "late" applications.

I agree with @doctorcocter that the slight rise in GPA wouldn't be worth waiting that long.
