Hey all so I got a letter of rec from my GSI (cosigned by professor of course) and I just got the final grade back and I got a B+ in it. Do you think this is ok? I mean I assume most people when they get their LOR they got like an A or something. My other LOR are definitely strong but it's just this one I'm concerned about. I'm also not sure if I can even get another letter in time for this cycle /:

It is more about how personal the letter is and how it speaks to your positive attributes than it is about what grade you got in the class. A letter from a professor stating that you didn't get an A, but that you are a hard worker, dedicated, etc. is better than one saying you got an A, but not much else more about you.
