There is a feature on Blackwell Synergy and some library services which allows student subscribers to type in keyword(s) in order to filter out titles of articles carrying contents that pertain to the student's interest. I suppose this is a feature specifically geared towards people doing research. However, if I wanted to maintain a well-rounded basic science understanding even past my clinical years, where would I start looking for all of the keywords? Definitely storing thousands of keywords to be filtered is not going to help me any. Does anyone have any suggestion?
