scored 88,toefl -95, gpa-3.67, I am planning to apply to BU AND NYU, though I know no body can predict but does it look favourable for these uni based on previous experiences

You have a competitive score.You have a good chance in NYU..Think in BU you need to have Toefl above 100 to apply..Probably you may need to retake it
