Score report, Board requirement and WREB

Hi Everyone!

Anybody know about information on the situation I am in?

I am a foreign trained dentist currently in an AEGD residency.
I am planning to take the WREB soon.
Took Part I and Part II NBDE and passed both on the first try.
I aspired to get a higher Part II score so, I re-took Part II but FAILED the second time I took it.
Now, due to that circumstance; since I already passed the NBDE the first time.. Will State Dental Boards still consider me as an eligible PASSING candidate?
I would need their permission letter for me to take the WREB.

NBDE reports the most recent scores you get. You can't select what they will report. You can however, request a History of scores report which shows all the scores on all NBDE you have taken.

So far, the state board I sent the History of scores have not received them yet. I am very anxious about the outcome.

I would call the wreb committee and ask, but if I remember correctly, it's the most recent exam scores that are valid.

Hi Doc, You have to retake the Part 2 as you failed in most recent exam. They will not consider old score. Good luck with the exams👍
