score report - when does your appointment disappear temporarily?

Hi,

I was just wondering that if I am expecting my score to be reported later today on Wednesday, should my scheduled appointment on the NBME site be removed before hand? If so, should it be removed by midnight on Tuesday - Wednesday or does it occur later that morning?
