just received 239 on step 1, a good score but is it good enough for top programs in urology.

I'm not 100% sure. It's certainly good enough to keep the door open to you to match in urology. But if you're thinking about Hopkins or the Cleveland Clinic, it may not be.

Then again, who really wants to be an academician anyway?
