We've all heard about the delay in scores taken after mid feb. What's the timeline if you take it before feb?

I took it in mid-December and my score took 5 Wednesdays.

why so long? i thought it was supposed to be after 3 wednesdays?

The three wednesdays thing is a SDN policy. The website indicates it will take 4-8 weeks. I don't think it takes much beyond the 3-4 Wednesdays, but it was probably delayed a little for me due to the scoring occurring over the holidays. And with the new formatting coming up, turnaround times might be changing as well.

Before Feb, 3 to 4 weeks. It is reported on third or 4th Wednesday after test date.
Scores are going to be delayed until June 6th 2012 for anyone testing between Mid February and June. http://www.usmle.org/announcements/default.aspx?ContentId=86
That is bad though I could use more time preparing

I'm FM, and I hate waiting😡 so I'm taking it next week. Yes, I could use more time preparing too, but really this is pass/fail exam. Anyone else planning on taking it before the mid February cut-off?

I took mine at the end of December and got the results 4 weeks after (on a thursday).
