I registered for it and than canceled my prescription. Did not like the format nor did I feel the question were at the difficulty level needed to adequately prepare for the exam. The question format was poorly written. Can you learn from it? Yes, Is it the best q-bank out there for Step 3ck? Definitely not! But this is just my opinion. UW the best. Kaplan not too bad either.
When i looked at the reviews after i bought the Step-1 package, i was shocked and very scared about what might be in that "box" they mailed me.
The news is, it isnt THAT bad, and as you probably have guessed it aint that good either. I think its good for light review, and yes, definitely cross check the answers, for two reasons, one it helps you really integrate the material and two i have heard there are a few mistakes

I certainly agree with FirstMANdown...i did not buy Score95 but looked at the sample questions alone and decided not to buy it. The difficulty level is too low and these were too basic with out any emphasis on the concepts tested on step 3. The choices are too far off from each other and questions are poorly written. UW and Kaplan qbanks have adequate difficulty level. Though you might not see the same questions like those of UW on the exam at least it gives the concept and they know what they are talking about!
In my view, an excellent question should give a concept and dissect the differential diagnosis of that concept so that a person answering the question can appreciate the subtle differences and learn a single concept from one question alone. I recently came across some questions on hematuria on www.usmle3.com , see under the topic "approach to hematuria" on how these questions dissect a single concept, confuse you, tease you and perfectly, teach the concept.
