Scoring on topscore

on my topscore test, i missed 3 bio questions, then ended with a 22 for bio. is the scoring system similar to that of real test?

yup the system is rite, if u go to ADA website, they have a raw score conversion table, a 37/40 on bio is indeed a 22.
