What if any psychological/diagnostic/functionality questionnaires do you use with your new/follow up patients?
PHQ-9, Oswestry, fibromyalgia survey, etc?
I’ve considered doing some of these but not sure they would add meaningfully enough to what I do. In fellowship every patient got an ODI at every visit but it was on paper so it was hard to use the info meaningfully without a lot of legwork.
I know there are some services that do a lot of the psychological screening online and can even do SCS evals too. Anyone find those useful?
