I’ve been out of fellowship for a few years, wanting to brush up on some more difficult cases. Anyone have a good SCS procedural case book to read?

Furman has a short chapter that shows CLO for SCS.

For scoliosis I go just above the apex with the two needle entry sites at the same level on the same side inside the spinal curvature.
