anybody know who keeps this site updated? its a great web site to get information about programs but it seems its not updated very often anymore. ??

It is updated by people going on there and responding to the questions. I think there have been quite a few new programs that have not been aded though. This site would be a much better place for reviewing different programs.

I've tried to add my program several times with no success. Seems it's run by the same absentee landlords as SAEM.

SAEM just had a nearly complete turnover of staff regarding the website. They have two folks who are hammering away at it full time now, fyi. Changes/updates are already happening. 👍

Agreed. Scutwork just finally posted my review I did back in June. And they knocked me down from a PGY-3 to a PGY-1 for some reason...

yeah, it is kind of frustrating because that used to be a great source of information and easier to find specific reviews than the thread here. hopefully they will get it straightened out. the lack of update is making it difficult to figure out which programs are worth the travel time if you don't know someone who has been there...we need more people to review places here as well!

i remember using (and contributing) to the med school interview here on SDN back in the day. it would be nice to have that format for EM residency interview feedback--anonymous, specific details about the program and the interview day organized to be searched by program without having to filter through many posts on a long thread.

does anyone know of any other reviews that are useful?

We're working on a similar system for residencies.

Get your info from SDN for now. Scutwork etc was pretty off when I looked at it last, and very reviewer dependent.

Here at least is interactive, and you can have specific questions asked. 🙂
