SDG resources

Hello all!

I need some advice. I'm a few years out of residency. The biggest change I noticed is that I see more patients and come home less tired than a few years ago. I guess I'm overall very happy with my career and current job (not SDG). Still, I think a SDG can be a better long term commitment.

As we all know the market is changing and CMGs are now everywhere. I really do not want to work for any of them Maybe it's time to find a SDG until the marked to even more saturated? Do I have too much FOMO?

Any suggestions how to approach SDGs and what to ask about their partnership, contract and so on?

If you're interested in working there, just asking upfront and sharing your interest isn't unreasonable.

Never any harm in cold calling. Either they are hiring or they’re not. Even if they’re not, it helps to have your name when they do start looking.
