The times must have changed, because the SDN people that I met while interviewing were generally weird and creepy. There's a group of us up in Chicago that hang out every once and a while that are pretty cool, though. Hooking up... that's an entirely other level...
I identified one guy here merely because he posted a unique situation that would have kept him anonymous, except he relayed the same story to me in person a month later. Good guy. He's in med school now and offers me advice on the process. No "hookups" however.

Honestly, based on the faces I've seen, I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often (just keep your mouth shut and nothing creepy will come up ).Some people I've met are also pretty bold, even asking if others have a bf/gf before either walking away or proceeding to introduce themselves.
I picture interviews to be like a mini olympic village, only you're admired for your numbers instead of athletic ability (which would just be another plus 😛)

I may be the only one, but I automatically envision most people on here as being ok looking at best, just plain ugly at worst. don't know why, but the idea of SDN and attractiveness never really go together for me haha
