Because someone who targeted me was blocked by a "greater power", and I think its more likely to assume that the mod would tell me that our group action protected me than to tell me that someone tried to target me and was blocked themselves. Seems unneccessary to tell the target that in that situation. It wasnt like I was protected, the person targeting me was blocked "by a greater power"

I will give you the benefit of the doubt sensei. I cant cross you anyway. Not if I am to win the battle against Kobra Kai.

But the information I am getting doesnt make sense. I mean... I understand that maybe the power of the lounge isnt all powerful. But it baffles me that I would be informed for something that requires multiple coincidences (entirely possible) and some oversharing by our modgod when occam's razor suggests a simpler analysis.

What is a greater power?
I abhor to say it, but the WoH appears to be the greater power over the hSDN's attempt to send you to the nurse's forum.
The WoH appears to affect a group.
High Schoolers only can affect an individual.

<OT: I am very upset that I have interpreted grasshopper to be from the Chinese Kung Fu, and Doc thinks it is from Japanese Karate Kid…. so typical for us… can't even agree on one word>

You boys should not be playing with fire. I am currently on the phone with Dr. Frasier Crane getting some tips to help you see the light, but not the flame. 🙂

Let's us talk of another important subject.
What do you think about a neutral or chaos character in THIS game?
I have been informed that one has already been revealed.

Are they for us? or against us? How should we find out? I disdain the use of violence, especially given my neutral past tendencies…
but I know I may be the only one here who (today) believes force is best unused.
 
Generally speaking I would say that ending chaos early is always a good thing. It makes the mods sad (mods LOVE chaos characters) but generally its for the best to end them since it usually serves them better to screw with villagers. But then there are "neutral" characters which are more along the lines of observers. Id probably still test them them with death too, but thats a more hard subject. Especially given I was recently an unkillable neutral character, so going after me would have been harmful to villagers.

Any concrete idea on chaos vs neutral master @StartingoverVet ?

Even my knowledge is a drop in the ocean.
I can know that one is not a villager and not a wolf, but yet not know what role they play in life.
Perhaps others can discern where I don't at a later date.
I must reflect.

I am going to meditate on this some more after I have the midday repast.

DocE has already voiced his doubts about this, but for good measure I will voice my own. I also have reasons to believe this not to be true. As such my vote stands for the time being. I freely admitted choosing SnS was random amongst hSDN, so I will of course change should something real come to light (though I find that unlikely after N1).
 
SnS do you always have to post in gifs or is there an item or something that is causing that?

SOV mentioned it, but it's worth repeating. Only the hSDN group action was blocked per the mod's PM. (I had to double check that myself.) So just because the group was blocked doesn't necessarily point to a wolf being in the group, because nothing the mod said made me believe that individual night actions were blocked. (I'm sure other group members can confirm that.)

So. Sorry I'm late to the game. I have zero idea what's going on, but it's clear that the game design is inferior and the mod has no clue what he is doing. With this level of ****ty lameness, I'm not even sure I'm going to keep playing.
