SDNers going to UCSF or Stanford?

I remember seeing a few members going to both programs. I wanted to ask what your impressions were of their programs and how the residents were getting along with the attendings and with the workload. Both of these programs are obviously very competitive, and I'm trying to decide if I should do an away elective in one program more so than the other.
