search and find strategy?

I'm curious that some people talk about numerous strategy for reading
can someone tell me what's exactly search and find method is?
and what elese reading strategy are out there?

Basically, you look at the question and answer choices first. Look for any keywords in there, and then go back to the passage and look for the sentence/paragraph with that keyword in there to find your answer.
