I am a foreign dentist who has been working for an American doctor in Pittsburgh, PA. I am leaving this full-time job and he has asked to place an ad between the foreign dentists who would like to work as a dental assistant. He has hired several of them until now and is very much pleased. There are plenty of oportunities of working over-time. Which means once you work the 40 hours in a week the extra hours are paid at time and a half. I usually work 10 hours more. The salary varies depending on what you know and your previous experience. I only assist him and take x-rays.

Hi,
Go to the website of the dental board of california and try to search for the radiation safety courses that r given in your area. It's probably gonna be a 2 or 3 days course that's usually given in the weekend. It's better to take the course before u apply for the job cause everybody u go to will ask u if you have taken the course.

I have no idea about depentent visa. Does it allow you work in the usa?

u can work with ur dependent visa , but that will b just as a volunteer or an observer coz they cant pay u legally with this status.
