anyone adept w the osteopathic version of this?

My understanging or my poor recall is that seated is more sacral, and positive standing is more innominate, if positive seated sacral overrides. True?

Now my recollection is that on exam its the most posterior PSIS that is a positive, but going through the limited notes that I have I have not seen that consistently, Ive seeen a left PSIS moving superiorly and anteriorly as a positive left- so is it superior or posterior? Im confused- been to long- ha ha

You are correct re: seated/standing flexions.

On exam, it's the one that moves FARTHEST is the positive side. some schools will say it's the one that moves first... seems to be six of one half a dozen of the other. Both ways give you the same answer.
