just wanted to know how long the second day of the step thee exam was

It's roughly the same as the first day. Although the second half of Day 2 is composed of the "cases", so if you rock through those you'll end up leaving pretty early. (If you're a fast reader and do the cases very efficiently, they can take literally five minutes each to complete.)

On the second day of my step 3 I finished the cases really fast and ended up out the room 2 hours early... Did I do something wrong???

Yes, because the second day should only take 2 hours total.
