Is anyone else doing this? I've completed almost all my secondaries (four left), but when I go back weeks later and read what I wrote for some copy-and-paste action, I'm like "man, I shouldn't have said that" or "geez, that's really clumsy-wording" to everything. And I know I can't do anything about it now and I shouldn't worry about it, but is anyone else having this problem, or do you all feel your secondary essays are rock-solid?

V,

I am having the same problem!! Although it seems to have a direct correlation to the schools that I have not heard back from! 🙄
I actually think my first couple of secondaries were my best and they have gone down hill since I have started burning out on them.

I am also freaking out that I made some poor choices on schools and should add a few to balance my list...wish I had some way of knowing if that was necessary b/c I don't want to do more secondaries 😱 And of course this is directly related to the fact that I just started a new job that i don't love and desperately don't want to be stuck there for another full year while I reapply!

I felt the same way about my hopkins application...i thought I answered those questions like idiot but i ended up with an interview....it really is true that you are your worse critic.
