second interview at Columbia w/ Dr. Frantz

I know a lot of us are sending letters asking for a second interview w/ Co lumbia and Dr. Frantz. but does anyone know how these things are...are they like typical interviews, or are the more of a "why you love columbia" sort of thing, or just a laid back conversation?
