Hey, that's so sweet. I didn't know they can put you on a waiting list. But the lady I talked to was really nice and helpful too. I guess they just have nice people at the office 🙂

Yeah I'm not sure if it was Corky I had talked to but whoever it was, they really seemed to be trying to get me an earlier interview. Do you know how many actually get accepted out of those interviewed?

btw, what were your DAT scores?

Not good really...I'm retaking because UF wants me to, I will retake in late September. AA was a 19 but my QR was below a 15. I did really well on reading comp (26), and gen chem was a 19, organic 23 I think, biology 17. Yeah. My GPA got me the invite I think.

Ah yes the PAT...I had a really good feeling about this after taking the test, until I got my scors...I scored a 17.

The reason I asked was because I'm contemplating whether I should retake or not. I took my DAT on 8/23 and my results were:

PAT 16
BIO 17
CHE 18
ORG 17
QR 18
RC 20
TS 18
AA 18

If I decide to retake it, it will be in late Nov and I'm taking 18 credits this semester 🙁 My cum GPA is 3.69 and sci GPA is 3.54.

I applied to NYU, BU, Buffalo, Stony Brook, Columbia, Pitt, UConn, Temple, Tufts, and UMDNJ. Do you think I have a shot at some interviews? Or should retake it?

With that GPA, you deserve a better DAT score. Good luck on your retake 👍
