Second look- increase match chances?

Anybody have any input regarding taking a second look at places you are ranking highly? just wondering if taking a second look would increase your chances of matching there. thanks a lot

There was a thread in EM about this. Consensus seemed to be no and the advice was don't go unless you really can't make up your mind about how you will rank two programs.
