Second look weekends: seems to be a scarcity of info

I've gotten into a few schools and I imagine second look weekends would be really helpful in determining where I'm going to end up. Do all med schools typically have them? Are there commonalities, or are they completely different school to school? When do we typically hear about them?

I don't think the majority of schools do have second look weekends. Based on what I've seen on the boards, it looks like the top-tier schools usually have them as well as a smattering of some other schools.

Best best is to just contact the school to see what they say. I'm sure even if the school doesn't have an official second look weekend, they'd be glad to show you around again and let you ask any final questions you have.

One of the schools I have been accepted to has informed us of second look weekend. I don't think all schools have them. You could email admissions and ask??
