Secondaries a wee bit late

hey I have two secondaries Georgetown and St. Louis that I recieved aroundmid-August. is it foolish to complete them now? I'm debating if I should just skip them.

I was wondering the same thing. I'd held on to G'town and OHSU's secondaries. Anyone have an opinon regarding this topic? OHSU's was due 15 October. 😳

It's never too late until the deadline. Remember, its in the schools interest to see as many applications as possible, so most will not play their hand until after the deadline.

Does case western have a deadline? I got the sec about a month ago and havent bothered with it but I'm thinking of doing it now.

I am also still working on secondaries and I plan to have them in by next week. So you are definitely not alone.

I have one from SLU that I've been debating as well - also received in mid-August. Their essays aren't that hard so I don't know what's holding me back. I know that my MCAT scores aren't the highest, but I know that they've accepted people with my stats before......

secondaries were due Oct 15th? I wouldn't send in anything late, but then again what do I know abvout this process?

Definitely complete the SLU secondary - they accept a lot of out of state people. Georgetown I wouldn't recommend, because it's 100 dollars and they've given out so many rejections to very qualified people (check the rejection threads on that).

before you do that one I would call and ask for an extension. If they say no don't waist your time. Saves you the mighty dollar too.

During an interview at a school in Pennsylvania that will remail nameless, the assistant dean who was interviewing me said that last year there were a bunch of secondaries that came in right before the deadline that didn't even get looked at. 😱 Not trying to be discouraging...I still have six secondaries I haven't done because I'm too poor...but this freaks me out.
