Secondaries - Copy/Paste?

I'm working on my secondaries, and I usually type everything out on Word. Formatting wise, is it okay to copy/paste it onto the application? Is that what you guys are doing? Or do you type everything out again?

This is what I do and I haven't encountered any issues with formatting. The best way to make sure there aren't any is to save the file as plain text (.txt) instead of a word (.doc or .docx) file.

You can also copy/paste it into Notepad, fix any formatting and then copy that.

I copied and pasted everything for my primary and it seemed fine when I looked at the pdf print out of my application. So I'm probably going to copy ad paste for secondaries also.

Do this.

This is the smart way to do it... Word will catch a lot of spelling/grammatical errors that would otherwise go unnoticed.
