When is the earliest I can submit my secondaries to the schools? Can I submit them right after I receive them?

I believe that some schools even note on their secondary application websites that applicants shouldn't complete the app prior to being invited - even if a formal invitation isn't necessary and all applicants complete the secondary.

Blows my mind that people would actually do this and think it's appropriate.
