How long after verification did you get most of your secondaries? Or have you gotten secondaries yet lol

Just trynna get a feel of a timeline. Hoping to be verified within the week or two

Some almost immediately after your primary is transmitted to the school. For others it can take awhile! Do you have your secondaries prewritten?
This^^^^^^^^. If you are anxious about the timeline, hopefully you have prewritten. MANY schools do not prescreen, so you will receive many very quickly. The rest, not so much. And a very few are so tight with them that you might not receive them at all. While lots of people stress over this, I actually think it's a blessing, because, for them, you save the fee and know where you stand up front rather than wondering for months on end.

def been prewriting based on sdn advice. I have a friend who hasn’t received any secondaries and it’s been a few weeks since verification so I didn’t know if secondaries were being delayed this cycle or if he was an anomaly. I have others with interview invites so I guess it is all over the place.

just trying to figure out when I should have my secondaries done by to make a schedule based on when I should anticipate on receiving them. Aka If I’ll have a couple weeks after verification until I get a secondary or if I should plan on only a few days after verification.

Plan on receiving them immediately. That's definitely better than the alternative. Plenty of people have been receiving very fast turnarounds. Secondaries are certainly not delayed across the board. No way to know if your friend has a red flag or just applied to an odd assortment of schools, but many schools are more than happy to push secondaries out and collect those fees before throwing you into an endless queue.

The software vendor...
Ohh! Recently? Because, as I'm sure you know, a lot of people experienced very fast turnarounds in July, and delays haven't been reported since, other than at schools that are notorious for slowly screening.

Even "fast" schools have been affected by the slowdown at AMP...

What’s the mayo fiasco ?
Go back and read the school specific thread from last year. They had a software glitch, and sent acceptances to everyone waiting for a decision after their interviews, which they had to rescind a few hours later. They didn't even know about it until the hubub on SDN.
