I'm interested in the type of questions asked on secondaries. I'll be applying next year. How do secondaries differ from AMCAS personal statement? Do most of the schools have the same questions? I'd love to see a bunch of secondary questions asked by such schools as Columbia, Harvard, Yale, Hopkins, Cornell, UPenn, Tufts. I just want to start brainstorming up some thoughts for next year.

And, do you repeat anything you say in AMCAS in the secondaries.

Thanks bunches and bunches. I truly appreciate everyone's guidance here on this board. You're all the greatest

Wanna go the easy route and apply to schools that don't have any essays? I know for sure that Harvard, UPenn, WashU, and Mayo don't have any essays if you're applying for just the MD and not any joint degrees. Mayo doesn't even have a secondary!

On the other hand, if you want the opportunity to distinguish yourself through your writing skills, Duke's secondary has plenty of essays for you to do that. 🙂
