Secondaries usually arrive after the school has processed your application. Check your status at their website, and if necessary call each school to ask them about what they expect you to write for your essays(pretend like you already have a secondary). Then ask them to send you another one because you spilled <insert sauce> on the envelope.

Most schools web pages are only accessible internally through the school's Intranet services. If you are especially interested in a particular school try to find someone on SDN attending said school to view the webpage for you.
