My secondaries were transmitted 7/17 and 7/18 to my schools. I have not received any e-mails (no secondaries yet of course). How much longer do you think it will take till I get e-mails or my secondaries?

It depends on where you applied. Some schools (UVA and Cornell for me) sent them right away by email, I also got UVA's in the mail. There's a thread in here somewhere that has a list of secondaries that people have gotten so far.
