I was wondering if dental schools find hand written secondaries unprofessional in any way? does every secondary need to be typed? also the schools that require pictures, what are the general requirements? like passport kind or just a face shot will do? i took a picture of just my face on my own n tried to print it at home but im still wishywashy bout it! n its 2 by 2!

I think the main purpose of a 2x2 is to identify you, so a head shot (passport photo type) is best. I took a picture of myself using a digital camera, photoshoped it to make me look better, and duplicated it into 2 rows and 3 columns onto a 4x6 standard photo. I upload it to wallgreens.com and let them print it out for me. They had 25 free prints for new customer, so total cost was $0. Btw, you should dress similarly to the way you would at an interview.
