This is might sound like a stupid question, but I had to ask.

what are the primary and secondary that you speak off?
Is it like the second around of reviewing the application?

The primary application is the application that is sent to AMCAS. It is a generic application that gets sent off to which ever med schools you ask them to send it to.

Secondaries are additional questions or requests for money tht the schools then decided to mail to applicants after they recieve the primary application.

Some schools send secondaries to all applicants and others only send to people who meet a minimum requirement.
