Would it be ok to submit my secondary applications already? or it's early and schools might misplace them

I thought each school contacts you and tells you if they want a secondary app or not.

Some schools allow you to submit your secondaries whenever. Go ahead and do it. They will hang on to them and wait for your PharmCAS application to be submitted to look at your app as a whole. Some will invite you to their secondary application, which may be through an online portal.
