I am verified by AMCAS and should be receiving secondaries tomorrow. I've heard the 1-2 weeks per secondary advice but was wondering if it still applied to me. My Letters of Rec won't be in until at least July 20. Does it make sense to turn in the secondaries quickly or can I take my time until my recs come in??

You won't be labeled "complete" until your LORs are in, so aim to have as many done as possible by July 20. The only exception is Mayo, but that's just paying the application fee, so if you're applying there, just do that ASAP (they don't immediately look at LORs).

On a less-related note, the 1-2 week turnaround is hogwash. Just do them as fast as you can, but if you take 17 days instead of 14 to submit a secondary, nothing is going to change, and don't unduly sacrifice quality for speed.
