For those of you who are writing your secondary applications (or who already have and are willing to help the rest of us), how are you explaining why you want to go to THAT particular school? There are a couple schools I really want to go to, and those essays were simple. The other ones are back-ups, and the best I can do is repeat their goals and mission....but this makes a yucky essay with staggered sentences. Anyone else feel this way? Anyone willing to put an example of theirs on the web as a template? Good luck to everyone out there!

Even the safety schools should have some trait that sets them apart. If not just keep it generic I guess. I am so glad none of my safety schools had this essay and I am not in the predicament you're in. Good luck!
