I am filling out my secondaries for med sch now. One of the question was
Please list collegiate honors, awards, and memberships in honorary societies

I m a transfer student. n i only got honors n awards when i was in community college.
I had totally nothing big to bluff about after i transferred. well, first-runner-up at a singing competition.

my question was. should i just leave that question blank or should i filled in what i have got?

Fill it in. These questions apply to your whole collegiate career. I wouldn't put anything that's just "fluff," but if you got something that was important to you definitely list it.
