Secondary Application Questions/Essay Length

Hey guys, I'm sure a lot of you are wondering about the lengths of the questions asked in the secondary applications. So far, I've looked at maybe 5 secondaries and they don't give a limit to how much you can write in order to answer the question. Does anyone have any suggestions when it comes to answering questions that don't give you a limit?

Most of the ones that do have limits have limits of 500 words. So, I used this as a limit for the ones that didn't specifiy.

But, if that particular school only has one essay, I would do about 750 words. If they have 2 or 3, I would do 500 words each.

These are just rough estimates of course...I probably went above or way below that a few times...when I had a lot write about or didn't have much to write about. If you feel you have answered the question thoroughly, then just stop right there.
