I have my DAT scheduled a bit later than typical around the middle of July. I was wondering if submitting my secondaries right now would give me an advantage at all since the schools won't have my DAT scores for another month. Any ideas?

No. They won't look at your application until it's complete, and it won't be complete until your DAT scores are in.
