I'm noticing a few schools that ask about travel experiences in their secondary essays and the circumstances under which you travelled (family, mission trips, vacation.. etc). What traits are schools looking for in this type of essay? What is the point?
I also don't have significant travel experiences other than visiting family in different states. How do I go about this?
